The horror! Those of us sitting at our computers for hours at a time playing a game where we use magic to kill monsters must surely be the epitome of maturity.

I still dont see how you can moderate this!

yes someone is given some skills to chose from, but do you just assume that this person is honest and will make a character limited to those skills... or might he "oops I forgot I didnt have that skill in my choice"

And, am I right in assuming that this is something that can ONLY be done at a live tournment?.. its not something that guilds and alliances on-line can organise?

We did this at the Factions preview event. It was tons of fun. I mean really really super fun.

It was cool to see not only our ingame skills being tested, but our on the spot planning skills being tested. We didn't have tried and true forum-gleaned cookie cutter builds, we had builds that we made from whatever we had available, and it was up to create and field an effective team build in the 15 minutes' prep time they gave us. Then, we had to execute it ingame.

Hella fun.

We were told we could bring a rez sig if we wanted, it was not part of our deck, and anyone could bring one.
